Client: San Francisco International Airport
Location: San Francisco, California
At San Francisco International Airport (SFO), DMJM Aviation designed and managed the implementation of information technology (IT) and infrastructure, security, fire alarm, and other special systems for the airport's new 2.5 million square foot international terminal; and designed the IT and communication systems for the Airport Communications Center, its new Emergency Operations Center, and interface with the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system. The common-use systems infrastructure connects all of SFO’s facilities together, including airlines’ and other tenant facilities. The system identifies people and their carry-on luggage, and is integrated with check-in, security and customs. DMJM Aviation was responsible for management of the integration, start-up, testing, commissioning and implementation of these systems designed by DMJM H&N.
