Since 1987, DMJM Aviation has provided a broad range of technical professional services to the City of Philadelphia Division of Aviation for the implementation of more than $1.2 billion in expansions and upgrades to the airport.
DMJM Aviation’s work at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) has included two sets of master plans and ALPs (1999 and 2004), consecutive on-call planning as well as engineering design contracts, and multiple large-scale construction management and administration assignments.

DMJM Aviation’s initial master plan and airport layout plan (ALP) for PHL (approved by FAA in July 1999) provided a 20-year concept for redevelopment of the terminal complex, and established the program for design and construction of the recently completed International Terminal A-West and Regional Terminal F

The landside component of the 1999 master plan and ALP resulted in the addition of two new parking garages at PHL, new direct access to Interstate 95, and a redefined entrance and exit roadway system
