DMJM Aviation Employees are Involved
Our Employees Become Leaders in our Communities
DMJM Aviation encourages its employees to become involved and participate in communities and organizations where we work and live. This commitment is captured in each issue of Aviation Insider, DMJM Aviation's employee newsletter.
Each issue includes multiple stories about offices, as well as individuals, involved in their local communities. While some employees choose to get involved through professional organizations, entire offices have found avenues to get involved and make a difference as well.
From Philadelphia to Fort Myers, from Los Angeles to Chicago, multiple DMJM Aviation offices have donated their time and efforts to such organizations as Toys for Tots, Trees for Houston, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation walkathons, March of Dimes Walk America, Habitat for Humanity, United Way, and the Business/School Partnerships, just to name a few.
Most recently, DMJM Aviation and AECOM established a matching fund program to aid the victims of the Asian Tsunami. Through the generosity of employee donations which were matched by individual sister companies, AECOM, as a whole, raised $315,192 for the Asian Tsunami relief effort. US operating companies alone, with matching funds, raised $157,596.
